At Roh Aldhn Perfumes (روح الدهن للعطور), we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fragrances. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original luxury packaging with all seals intact.
- Due to hygiene and the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns for Oud Oils, Perfumes, or Incense that have been opened or sprayed.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during a “Top Fragrances Offer” or Sale period.
- Customized or personalized fragrance sets.
- Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by our shipping.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 0568370338 or email ro7aldhn@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
